Shipping
Typical shipping from China to the US/EU is about 15 working days. That figure is our honest baseline for common air / consolidated routes after goods leave the factory — not a guarantee for every lane or peak season.
Method comparison (rough guide)
- Express courier — Fastest door-to-door; higher cost per kg; often useful for samples and small urgent lots.
- Air freight — Balanced speed and cost for mid-size shipments; still typically measured in working days, not weeks at sea.
- Sea freight — Lowest cost for large volume; longer transit (often several weeks portal-to-portal). We quote separately when sea is the right fit.
Exact transit, cut-off, and rates appear on your quote. Peak seasons and remote destinations can add time.
Duties & taxes
Default terms are DDU: the buyer handles import duties, taxes, and formalities in the destination country unless we agree otherwise (e.g. DDP). We can discuss Incoterms on the RFQ.
Lead time vs. shipping
Production lead time (sampling + manufacturing) is separate from shipping. We state both clearly before you confirm.
