FAQ

How long does shipping take?
Typical shipping from China to the US/EU is about 15 working days for common air / consolidated routes after goods leave the factory. Express is faster; sea freight is slower and cheaper for large volume. Your quote states the method and estimate.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product and factory. Some items allow sample or small trial lots; others need larger runs for OEM. Tell us your target quantity on the RFQ and we will confirm realistic MOQs.
Can I get samples first?
Yes, when the factory supports sampling. Sample cost, freight, and timeline are quoted separately before production. Mention “sample first” in your inquiry.
Do you support OEM / private label?
Yes. Share logo, packaging, materials, and compliance market. We coordinate OEM options and quote tooling or setup fees when they apply.
How does payment work?
Commercial terms are agreed per order (deposit / balance is common for production). We do not take card checkout on this site — this is an inquiry site, not a marketplace cart. Details are confirmed in writing before payment.
Do you sell counterfeit or fake branded goods?
No. We refuse counterfeit or unauthorized branded products. We support legitimate wholesale and OEM / private-label manufacturing only.
Who pays import duties and taxes?
By default we ship DDU: the buyer handles duties and taxes in the destination country. DDP or other Incoterms can be discussed on the quote.
Why are there no prices on the website?
Sourcing quotes depend on quantity, specs, packaging, and freight. Publishing fixed list prices would be misleading. Request a quote via RFQ or email for a clear number.
